Meet Your Pharmacist

April Smith is the Owner and Pharmacist-in-Charge. She has been working in pharmacy since 1997. April started out working as a Pharmacy Technician at Price Wise Pharmacy in Lake City, SC. She went to undergraduate school at Francis Marion University where she received her BS in Biology and Minored in Chemistry in 2002. She completed her PharmD Doctorate Degree at the Medical University of South Carolina College of Pharmacy in 2006. April has worked at this pharmacy since she graduated in 2006. She became the owner in 2014.

April lives in Coward and is married to Jerry Smith. She has two children Kelsie and Kade that go to JC Lynch Elementary. In her spare time, she has taken on the role of PTO President at JC Lynch Elementary, she is a member of the Junior League of Florence with which she does a lot of volunteer work. She is also a Scout Co-Leader to Girl Scout Troop #521 in Cades, SC. April loves owning her own pharmacy, giving excellent customer service skills and devoting her life to volunteering to make the community a better place.
